We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return guidelines below:

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged, and clean condition.
Sneakers must be returned unused and in a clean state.
Devices and gadgets are eligible for return only if the issue is software-related. Physical damage will not be accepted.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (excluding iPhones).
iPhones include a 2-month product care warranty covering software issues and limited hardware faults. Physical or water damage is not covered.

No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds on purchases. This policy is in place due to third-party payment processing fees and transactional cuts incurred once an order is placed. These external deductions reduce the original transaction value, making full refunds impractical.
Each return or issue will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. When applicable, we may offer alternatives such as store credit or item exchange to ensure customer satisfaction.
